Please be advised that Micronic Technologies, Inc. has been dissolved and has placed its Intellectual Property in the Micronic Technologies Residual Trust. The purpose of the Trust is to seek out and manage potential license opportunities where the technology can be employed to solve the myriad industrial wastewater treatment challenges facing customers.

We are fortunate to have Greg Redick as Trustee. Greg has been involved in multiple capacities along the Micronic journey; including Investor, VP, and myriad operational roles. Greg is a retired Air Force officer, having worked in the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and has lead his consulting firm for years helping commercial clients solve their management problems and address opportunities in State and Federal Government procurement.
